The eyes and ears of your battlegroup, recon units have excellent optics and stealth abilities. This allows them to scout the battlefield and spot enemy targets. Reconnaissance units can usually be placed further away in the deployment phase.
This category groups all ground reconnaissance units. They can be two-man teams, small squads, unarmed fast vehicles, or dedicated recon vehicles featuring advanced surveillance equipment. At times, existing vehicles are repurposed for a reconnaissance role. They feature better optics than their regular counterpart unit.
